Terrible tradesmen customer service. Claimed to not warranty parts for Navien combination boiler, even though they are a Navien distributor. Instead of listening to me , they couldn’t get the words out fast enough- “ did you buy your Navien from us? “. Proceeded to tell me they wouldn’t warranty any parts because boiler was not purchased at his store. I had to call Navien customer service representative to get this person to do his job.
