This service review warrants way more than a 5 star rating. A horrific experience turned positive thanks to the company President Mr. Paul Davis. We purchased a home in Nokomis last May and traveled back North leaving contractors inside working. I’m extremely disappointed with the way this supplier handled a recent water heater purchase. I called ahead to confirm pricing and availability. They quoted me a specific price for the unit I needed—but then told me it wasn’t in stock at their location. Instead, they directed me to their Bradenton branch, where I was told I could pick it up. We were quoted a specific price over the phone for a water heater by this supplier. They didn’t have it in stock locally, but told us another branch in Bradenton did. Based on that information, we sent one of our techs to pick it up. What they didn’t tell us is that the Bradenton branch would charge $500 more than the price we were quoted. No warning, no heads-up—just a much higher price on the final receipt.
