Been here before and like always Winsupply guys are quick to unload. No appt needed to deliver. No complaints with Winsupply. But at 0800 a person knocked on my door to ask if I was here overnight and I said yes. He informed me the neighbors do not like to hear trucks idling. Well, I do not idle and did not last night. These people are beyond a stand up company! Dan and his crew can’t possibly be more user friendly. I wish all of them the very best
Horrible customer experience, have been working with this joke of a company for 2 weeks and have made no traction on my warrantied HVAC condenser while my tenants have no access to heat. Tech support is deceitful, and is forcing me to purchase a condenser in full before being refunded for the faulty unit they gave me months later. Do yourself a favor and work with a more ethical company.
