Absolutely AMAZING customer service!!! They explain everything with patience and actually care about their customers.
I went in looking for an outdated part. While, they did not have what I was looking for, Barrett, who was working at the counter, took the time to listen, explain what I needed and directed me to what store would have what I was looking for. He was knowledgeable and personable. Because he took those extra minutes to help me, I’ll be sure to come here first for my future plumbing purchases.
