Gotta be close to awesome – Fantastic chef with cutting edge ideas, global knowledge, fantastic meat and produce quality. Enjoyed my fourth visit this past Friday, and although it is a higher cost restaurant, its close to becoming my favourite place in Louisville to eat. The service is knowledgeable, superb, discrete and polite.
