So the service was horrible my wife and I tried this place for the first time drove across town to try them out and we expressed this was our first time the young lady at the window didn't greet us nor did dhe smile, she instantly pointed us to the menu. 18 stars would be given if I could!! I mean every single time I come here it has been 1000% consistent... and the service is always phenomenal!! Thank you all so much for your consistent dedication to my morning fix.
My wife ordered gluten-free waffles with strawberries and whipped cream. Instead they delivered what appears to be regular waffles with an egg on top. I ordered the empire and was given waffles with a severely overcooked egg on top drenched in lettuce and mayonnaise and no sausage in sight. Bacon was floppy not crispy on my other sandwich. The chicken which is supposed to be Southern fried Chicken was not even crispy. Places gone very far downhill.
