I had been on another program and I did loss the weight I wanted. But 2 1/2 years later i was headed back to my old weight. I had heard Chris Kelly, on rock 92, talk about the program and that he has maintained his weight lost for over 2 years. So I gave it a shot and I'm so glad I did! This program was so easy and I look at food so different. I am maintaining. I didn't have cravings or feel hungry. I started at 147 and today I am 124!!! And I feel great.
