I had an unpleasant interaction early yesterday morning around 7 AM 3/5/26 with one of the managers named Stephanie. She approached me in an aggressive tone and began yelling about moving my car. The situation could have easily been handled with a simple and respectful request. I had actually greeted her with “good morning,” and once she realized that, she smirked and responded with “good morning” afterward, which made the interaction feel even more uncomfortable. Winston Towers 300 is a part of seven buildings called Winston Towers, a good condition a lot of money invested into fixing the building including outdoor swimming deck with Tile beautiful lobby outside painted white redone a lot of infrastructure elevators hallways, lobby bathrooms. I am the owner of Action Window & Glass. I work alongside countless property managers on a daily basis. For years I have had the pleasure of working with Stephanie and Caridad, and it is genuinely difficult to find a more efficient and pleasant team. They are responsive, knowledgeable and work tirelessly for the unit owners and contractors in Winston Towers 300. They cannot be given enough appreciation.
