The management in this building is extremely disappointing. The person in charge acts as if she personally owns the building and has absolutely no respect for the residents or other people she has to deal with. Her attitude is rude, arrogant, and unnecessarily confrontational. Just last week, I personally brought in all the required insurance documents and permits. This is probably one of the worst-managed buildings in all of Sunny Isles. The front desk staff can give you a hard time for 20 minutes just to let a regular guest get in to visit their friends. The whole process is unnecessarily complicated, and it feels like residents and their guests are treated like potential troublemakers rather than welcomed into their own building. I had an unpleasant interaction early yesterday morning around 7 AM 3/5/26 with one of the managers named Stephanie. She approached me in an aggressive tone and began yelling about moving my car. The situation could have easily been handled with a simple and respectful request. I had actually greeted her with “good morning,” and once she realized that, she smirked and responded with “good morning” afterward, which made the interaction feel even more uncomfortable.
