What a shame to have to rate this a 1 star. We had a large donation of quality items, cleaned, several new and organized scheduled to be picked up. We chose this organization thinking it was worthy. Communication for scheduling was efficient and seemed professional. The morning the donation was supposed to picked up between 7:30 and 11:30 came.
