Best deep tissue sports massage I’ve ever gotten!! Highly recommend for runners and anyone looking to kick nagging muscle tightness and pain. Erin is able to immediately locate and address problem areas, alleviate pain, and keep me moving well!
Erin is a massage mastermind. I found her through local friends, and being in my 3rd pregnancy, I need help with my low back. She is absolutely phenomenal. She caters her treatment service to your needs. She also does relaxation massages, but I prefer her deep bodywork. I drove 2.5 hours for this massage and it was the best massage I had received in over 2 years. Being an athlete in crossfit and always active in other sports , deep tissue work is what my body needs. Erin knew exactly what was needed to relieve the muscle tension in my low back, hamstrings and IT bands. Looking forward to my next appointment !
