Replaced our hose do to it being faulty. Fabulous service and extremely polite on the phone.
After reading a favorable review of Hydrotech Expandable Burst Proof hoses, I bought one at Home Deport on July 2, 2025. I used it for the summer & stored it indoors for the winter. When I brought it out this spring a plastic connected unique to these hoses had spontaneously broken, leaving the hose useless. Unbeknownst to me, the company had recalled all of these hoses manufactured before 8/3/24 for exactly this problem.
