Markus did a great job providing updates on the house as it was being worked on and he did everything he could to ensure we were happy. Jon was who initially helped us and he was extremely personable and provided great advice. Markus smoothly transitioned to helping us. Smith and Douglas main office was a little more difficult to work with. Overall though it was a pleasant experience and I feel like I have a well built home. Thankful for Sarah, Jon and Markus helping us out.

Great builder to work with in Winston Place. Markus was excellent. They don’t rush you in the process, and they truly care about their product.
Don't buy a house from Smith Douglas. Every single employee is rude and they will do everything they can to not help you.
