This medical centre makes me believe its a money laundering scheme because the lack of empathy from doctors and receptionists are horrid, without a doubt even if you are on time the doctor you want to see is “running behind” Every. I went to this place and left in a tragic and horrible circumstances. The place feels like a scam and I would not recommend anyone to go here ever. Please go somewhere else unless you want to lose your money for a "feel this, feel that" and $300 gone. They don't treat you that much and it is just overall a very very revolting, horrible, disgusting place to go here. Please go to other places, there are heaps more GPs in the area, please go there instead of this because I can guarantee that you will get deeply disapointed.

I’m very disappointed with the booking system at this medical centre. I had a telehealth consultation scheduled for 3:30 PM but never received a call. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time—it happens with both telehealth and standard in-person consults. The scheduled times are rarely followed. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially as a private patient who has to pay the full consultation fee regardless of whether the appointment starts late or not at all. Great medical centre… reception staff are always so kind and helpful and Dr Sara Yusuf is by far the best GP I have ever come across. She’s extremely knowledgeable, helpful and compassionate, she’s always willing to do everything she can to help for our whole family. So glad I found her as our family GP and this medical centre
