Dunno why there are so many bad reviews, we wash all our cars here in the self serve bays all the time and it's always fine? This place has fair pricing and pretty good pressure that actually cuts off the road dirt. The chemicals flow in relatively quick and whatever chemicals they use in their spot free rinse is one of the better ones I've experienced. Can't speak for their auto wash. Never used it. But their self serve bays are top notch IMO.
Constantly disappointed, everytime I've gone to clean my car the auto wash is out of order. I don't even bother with a detour to here anymore, I drive an extra 10 minutes to a competitor.
If I could give 0 stars I would. 3 of the manual bays were available and useable, only to tap my card for the longest timer each time and all 3 bays not to have ANY soap. On top of that, I bought a scent from their machine, and again nothing came out. Just water. I had emailed them and they did not respond what so ever. Honestly just a big scam. Go to Bundamba wash if you actually want to wash your car.
