One of the best PCPs I've found in WNY. Staff could do better, but they're replaceable, so I'll deal with the long wait times if that means having a decent Dr.
I thought I would never find another good doctor after being discharged from my previous doctor for supposedly missing 15 appointments during the time I was with him…however it broke my heart because he was prefect….I thank God that I waited almost 2 months to see Dr. Douglas it was well worth the wait…..he DX me with on the spot with and issue I’ve had for several years….he’s professional an compassionate he listens very polite with beautiful bedside manners….I highly recommend him Tonja M.
