No hot water in room 1506. They have made me stay in this room for 2 nights. Raised the no hot water and they apparently done something about it, but nope still no hot water. Asked to move rooms they wouldn’t do it. Ripped off as have not had a hot shower for 2nights. Room was not clean. Could see cup marks on the bed side table: carpet had marks. Couch had marks. Had to place a towel on couch to sit as I worried I’d catch something. Disappointed.

Room was dirty and made to wait 1.5hrs past check in time before we could even get our apartment. Staff were asleep at the desk when checking in. Fan in bathroom not working plus apartment and bedrooms were tiny for what we paid. 1 ply toilet paper in bathroom, marks all over walls. Wasn't not happy with this accommodation, wouldn't stay with them again!!
