Location is great definitely. Close to Southern Cross Station. We have a 2 beds 2 baths with a living area and a kitchen area. View is great. No shampoo and soap thought - diy. Got to ask for toilet papers but they are responsive. I guess they deem shampoo and soap are personal . Guess it makes sense too. Service definitely better than some of the 4 to 5 stars european and American hotels whereby if you asked for a kettle for boiling water or something and it never comes even till the day you checkout . Its horrible dirty and unhygienic apartments ever. The toilet tiles and stand has toothpaste splattered and used bottle of soap left behind. Black moldy stains on the bedsheets and dirty carpets and stained walls. Poorly given tea and coffee which seems Noone ever drank or used it so they just leave it as display. They charged me 4 days when I left immediately on the same day. And deposit was not refunded to my account yet till now. They took $300 deposit. Excellent stay loved the view and amenities were insane. Very very clean would definitely make this hotel my stay everytime in Melbourne great location was just Brilliant
