한달 전 부터 예약한 곳인데 당일날 예약취소 당함. 예약 조차하지 마세요. 여행을 망칩니다. 이런 곳이 버젓이 운영된다는게 어이가 없네요. 공익을 위해 작성합니다.

I highly discourage anyone from booking here as they do not honour their bookings! We booked months in advance to be told on the morning of arrival that they had overbooked and had no room for us! It just happened to be NFL weekend (interesting coincidence! $$$) so we had to pay a fortune to find last minute accommodation elsewhere. It was a very stressful start to our holiday, especially when travelling with two young children.

1 Star Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my stay at Winston Apartments Melbourne. The cleanliness was not acceptable. The floors were very dirty and clearly needed a proper cleaning before our arrival. I was especially disappointed with the overall hygiene of the apartment. The dryer was also damaged. The door was already broken, and it had clearly not been repaired or properly maintained. For the price we paid, I expected the apartment to be clean, well-maintained and in good condition. Be warned - the 1 star reviews should not be overlooked. This accommodation provider conveniently cancelled our booking just hours before check in leaving us stranded. Sort yourselves out. You are a disgrace to the industry.
