Absolutely love this grooming place! Everyone here is so kind and welcoming. The receptionist is super friendly (and so pretty!), and the groomers are amazing with the dogs — so gentle, patient, and caring. You can really tell they love animals and enjoy what they do. My dog always comes out looking perfect and so happy! The owner is wonderful too — very professional and kind. Such a positive and happy place overall. Highly recommend to anyone who wants their pet treated with love and care!

So if you work, book a day off 3 weeks in advance to be able to get your cat groomed; as it is next to impossible for them to book you an after 5 pm appointment. Aside from that, we have to pay and tip before even seeing if they did a good job grooming our cat. Many times we pick him up with hair still all over him, uneven cuts, some untrimmed nails, etc. Used to recommend them to everyone I know, but not anymore. They had a better customer service before.
