I called the ambulance for my 74 year old husband who had covid, very lethargic and was too weak to stand. I gave Ryan his health history of heart disease, diabetic etc. and instructed them to bring him to Charlotte Hungerford hospital. I received a call from the Winsted Emergency Outpatient facility and that's where they dropped him off!!!!! Why in the world would an ambulance service bring a elderly very high risk person with covid to an outpatient emergency center right down the street from where we live who obviously ... read more
