We engaged Winspace to extend our little gunbarrel cottage in Islington and add a storey at the back. The whole team from design to build to the admin had great communication and were clear on cost, timeframes and open to any changes or finding solutions to issues as they arose. The builders were of very high standard, kept a tidy worksite and used excellent trades for the tilers, plumbers, electrical and shower install. Our build was completed 12 moths ago and the tradies were awesome. However, we have raised issues to be fixed in September 2022, these included structual issues. The owner accepted these were issues. But no longer returns calls, emails or SMS and to date has chosen not to respond to NSW fair trading.
