I used Winsor Electric for a second job in November, 2016. The first job he did was perfect and cost what I expected to pay. The second call was to fix a ground fault interrupt in my house. He showed up on time, but didn't have the right part. He and his helper were then gone an hour to find the part and of course I got charged for that. So, I ended up paying $100 more than I should have. I never did get a bill, he maintains he emailed it to me. Too bad, but you just can't trust him.
