The service has gone down hill. I spent an entire day being told to please wait, put on hold, and then hung up on. Called when it was convenient for me during their limited hours, same thing. Finally, I get a hold of someone and it's a gigantic rush to get to the next phone call or client. Sorry, lady who kept interrupting me and not putting her job and client first!
