Winsor Brook manages the condo unit that I own and they are not very responsive. In the past it has taken me multiple calls to get in touch with them and to get them to respond is also a challenge. Recently I had called their office and talked to Arianna and had requested to talk to the owner. I am still waiting to talk to the owner and it has been about a week. Not the most responsive company out there. I happen to be an owner in a condo complex that they manage, I cannot imagine how that reflects in apartment building... read more
We’ve had multiple Property Management Companies over the past twenty years. Erik and Winsor Brook are unequivocally the best. Their commitment to customer service for members of the community is impressive. Erik’s passion for his clients is on display each time he interacts with the HOA. I’ve never had reason to doubt any concern raised would be addressed in a timely manner and resolved to all parties’ satisfaction. I can’t recommend Erik and Winsor Brook highly enough.
Winsor Brook started managing our property in 2022. They have been FANTASTIC to deal with. They are prompt to respond to issues or questions. Additionally they saved our association money this year , which is always a plus. Erik Roy is the gentleman that I deal with most and our company has been very happy with him. I would highly recommend them!!
Absolutely a great property management company. The staff are professional and friendly. I've noticed a big difference this year in the property's. Emergency calls are down significantly. Working with Erik Roy has been great The preventative maintenance plan has paid off. Erik communicates with Tenants and vendors to quickly resolve any issues throughout the property's. I highly recommend this company! I rented an apartment in Dover from Winsor Brook for two years. I have many good things to say about them…. the office staff gave exceptional prompt courteous service anytime we communicated. And the maintenance staff always got back to me immediately when I contacted them with any issues that arose (and there were not many issues )… maintenance was especially prompt and courteous in communication with me to make sure the apartment was top notch.
