Windsor Brook has to be by far the WORST people you could possibly rent from. I just recently moved out an an apartment owned by then that i lived in for two years, the apartment didnt have heat and one of the pipes in the ceiling burst. There was no attempt to properly fix the pipe which lead to a second leak and any time i told them about the fact there was bo heat they simply went “huh thats weird” and ignored it. I have lived in a Winsor Brook managed apartment for almost two years and have had a great experience with them. There have been very few issues, but when I have had to reach out, they responded quickly and were pleasant to work with. Winsor Brook has been the property manager of our 44 unit condo association for the last two or 3 years and they do an incredible job. They are very responsive to all owner requests. They do a great job of bidding out work and keep on top of the contractors to make sure that the work is high quality and completed on time. Our budget process has been seamless.
