I have lived in a Winsor Brook managed apartment for almost two years and have had a great experience with them. Winsor Brook has been the property manager of our 44 unit condo association for the last two or 3 years and they do an incredible job. They are very responsive to all owner requests. They do a great job of bidding out work and keep on top of the contractors to make sure that the work is high quality and completed on time. Our budget process has been seamless. Winsor Brook properties has been wonderful to us. Erik is our property manager and he is always available anytime. Any issue we have had, he has responded promptly with a solution. Winsor Brook is by far the most professional and organized and supportive and thorough. Winsor Brook has managed our property for about 6 or 7 years now. Annual meetings, annual projects, regular maintenance, and urgent requests have all been managed transparently, with a steady hand and without alot of drama.
