Winsor Brook has been the property manager of our 44 unit condo association for the last two or 3 years and they do an incredible job. They are very responsive to all owner requests. They do a great job of bidding out work and keep on top of the contractors to make sure that the work is high quality and completed on time. Our budget process has been seamless. I am a resident of a mobile home park in Farmington, NH managed by Winsor Brook. They are prompt in attending to issues, and very accommodating when I wanted to do an addition to my roof. The young lady at the desk is professional and very courteous.
