Ordering process and scheduling the installation went fairly well. No updating coordination for arrival time of the installer the afternoon of the appointment. I was not informed that the installers would arrive so late in the day that resulted in completion into the dark of the evening. Product looks good.
Texwin Mabank has been a great experience throughout the whole process. From planning to building to completion I have been more than satisfied with their service. Fabulous experience. Brandi was very thoughtful in asking questions regarding our requirements and explaining how the building would look. She was always quick to respond to questions or changes. Heather in scheduling, kept us up to-date on the delivery schedule. Hugo, our installer, did an exceptional job. He went beyond what was expected, by picking up back ordered items and items shipped wrong. We have since had large storms with no leaks or issues. I just want to say the entire process was very smooth. Amber Walker provided excellent customer service and made sure all of my questions were answered during the entire purchase. The build was professional and clean. My building looks great and thoroughly enjoyed working with this company! I highly recommend this company for your metal building needs!
We love our new storage building. It was a simple buying process and they built on site. The workers worked so hard. They got it all built in one day! Very nice and communicative. Very impressed overall!
