My metal barn installed in May 2023. I have had a constant problem with water leaking in around the walk door. The installer sent someone to fix it about a year later only to put clear caulking around it. Long story short the problem still continues and it is now December 2024. I was told by Mike that the problem is out of warranty and they can not help me. David White was my sales person at the Howe texas location. Great person and problems that occurred he was there for me to get them resolved. Hugo Gonzalez was the best installer he was very professional and did a really bang up job. His whole crew was polite and courteous highly recommend Hugo and his crew!!! Frank Pecora really did a wonderful job getting the job put together. Everyone over at the main office are on top of things I give them a 2 thumbs up

We drove almost 2 hours to see David White at Texwin - Howe. We passed other places along the way, however, David was so helpful and responsive to my questions, it was worth the drive. He helped us design the right greenhouse for our needs. We could not be happier with the service. Everyone has been awesome. The installers were on time, professional, and cleaned up after the job was done!
