Tamra was knowledgeable and helpful, and worked with me to select the best size, style, and colors for my needs at a reasonable price. She provided links to videos and other advice on how best to position my carport and prepare my site. The time between ordering and actual delivery was - as promised - about five weeks. Bought a a 36x30 ended up with a 30x35. Poorly installation. They did come back to fix some stuff. One roll-up door had to be replaced. Found out one screw was holding it up on each side. Leaks in several places. After a couple of years still having to deal with poor institution. Fixed trim that was falling apart a few months after purchase. Now the other side. Never again will I purchase a building from them.
