I was disgusted one morning when the clerk was gossiping about another customer. Apparently, she had something better to do than her job! Every other time excellent customer service.

If you need a car wash, DO NOT go to the Marathon station at Winslow and Walnut. I just came from there and paid for the mid-priced wash/wax and there was no soap, no wax and no undercarriage wash and my vehicle is still dirty. The cashier would not give me a refund, only offered another soap-free car wash. I was told to talk to the manager on Monday.
