The policies and procedures of this medical office demonstrate a serious lack of respect and compassion for a population it claims to prioritize . My favorite doctor of all time switched into this practice. I made an appointment to see her as a new patient. Being a new patient to the practice (but not to the doctor), I wasn't aware that I needed to arrive 30 minutes PRIOR to my scheduled appointment to fill out paperwork.
