Tried to schedule a new patient appointment and they were unable to verify my insurance. I called insurance who verified all my info was correct and insurance active. They told me the office would have to call to confirm benefits and they would not be able to call on my behalf. Getting things done are becomming more and more. Difficult. Most of the new support staff do not have a good grasp on the process. I've been a patient for 35 years and 45 with Dr. Sharp. Communication and call back are a shot in the dark. Today's call back for a called in prescription is at 5 hours. They put in a name od a disease that dosen't exist. Yet nobody called me and asked. That was at 8:45 am its now 1:30 pm

Had a new patient appointment today at 9:15. I arrived at 9:06 am and because I didn’t arrive 30 minutes prior to my appointment time, they told me I had to reschedule. Never was I told about 30 minute early arrival but a reminder voicemail was left on my answering machine saying please arrive 15 mins prior to appt to complete paperwork. Not a mandatory statement. I ask if they could check to see if the provider would see me and they came back and told me I had to reschedule. I turned around and walked out. Never going back ... read more
