After being a patient since the practice opened I called to schedule a wellness visit and a follow uo for 2 surgeries. I was told the earliest I could get in with Dr. DiMaria was August. When I said I will have to try and find another doctor the respo se was, "OK". UNACCEPTABLE
I have been with Dr DiMaria for many years. He is efficient, knowledgeable, and his bedside manner is impeccable. I am in good hands with his expertise.
Tried to schedule a new patient appointment and they were unable to verify my insurance. I called insurance who verified all my info was correct and insurance active. They told me the office would have to call to confirm benefits and they would not be able to call on my behalf. When I called the office and they were still unable to verify insurance, they said insurance would have to call them (I work in administrative healthcare/insurance and have NEVER heard of this; the office typically has to call to confirm).
