We have been using this garage since 2011. Various small fords of ours have been serviced and MOT'd here. Most recent visit was for a rear coil spring which was supplied and fitted as the original one had snapped. (potholes) Everyone is very pleasant and service estimates as always clear and concise and very rarely exceed the price quoted so we continue to use them.
After travelling to visit various advertised cars and being put off by the dealerships etc I finally spotted the vehicle I was interested in locally at Winslow ford. I checked out the reviews and they were positive so gave Tony a ring. Tony was honest with me and mentioned due to a change in the company he hadn't got the keys for the car but said for me to test drive a similar car in the meantime. Efficient service Kept me informed at all times of progress of necessary work.
Sara in sales was excellant, as I am disabled and didnt want to drive to see car, she sent me a video she ensured the car was in excellant condition. Tried buying from non Ford dealers 1st, lots of lazy cowboys not willing to help. I will always now buy a car from a recognised dealer. Thank you Sara and Tony who helped with the handover.
