Experience was horrible the front desk staff no empathy for my appointment being canceled remind u I requested to get a prescription since I just got labs done no one tried to even help just stated Dr Martin is booked up for another month and I can be seen by no one else seems if I wasn’t welcome as a new patient with them
Dr Martin, Lauren, Rena, Kim, Angela, Diamond, and the front office staff were all wonderful. The office is friendly, professional, and has a family vibe. The wait is minimal. Their medical care is exceptional!
My wife and I, both, have had Dr. Elizabeth Martin as our Primary Care Physician for quite a few years. I have great trust and confidence in Dr. Martin. She is always engaging, professional and thorough in her treatment plan for me. I leave knowing that I have gotten the best care possible. She has a great staff that supports her to make and keep Winship Clinic a preferred Clinic of Choice.
Dr. Martin as a doctor gets 5 stars, but the clinic rules brought it down. I had to get a new PC after using Dr. Martin for 13yrs, I called for an appointment and found out they cycled me as a new patient, because I hadn't been sick since 2019, and used gyno to check my fertility to get pregnant. I got pregnant, lost my first got pregnant shortly after surgery. I then used a midwife for nearly a year and a half with both pregnancies.... I get it... Negligent and awful. My wife was a patient of Dr Martin from January 2015 to March 2017. In August 2015, Dr Martin diagnosed my wife with hypothyroidism and blamed it on their weight. Problems persisted - localized swelling, continuous mentrual bleeding (lasted a year), tiredness, pain, and more. All Dr Martin would say is that my wife needed to lose weight.
