THE GARAGE LOOKS GREAT BUT THE FOUNDATION WAS NOT GRADED PROPERLY .THE LEFT SIDE IS UNDER THE GROUND LEVEL LEAVING A HUGE WATER ISSUE. NO THRESH HOLD WAS PUT UNDER THE DOOR LEAVING A GAP FOR WATER TO COME IN UNDER THE DOOR. THE ROOF LINE WAS NOT STRUCTURALLY SOUND - NOT USING ONE CONTINUOUS BOARD FOR THE ROOF LINE -THEN PLACING A POST THAT WASN'T EVEN SECURE TO ATTIC FLOOR. YET THE CITY PASSED THIS?
