All the staff is amazing and Dr Amanda is the best
Had a not great experience but after speaking with the manager I think someone maybe just had a bad day. Hoping that going forward will have more positive results.
Brought our Bunny in, Dr, Assistant, Staff, very polite and knowledgeable, highly recommend.
Bad experience today, trying to find emergency care for my rabbit, receptionist cut me off midsentence and hung up on me because the Dr was fully booked today. Okay I get it but maybe take my number in case of cancelation or something? Maybe show an ounce of compassion to someone who is having an emergency?
