Just picked up sod from the farm in north Little Rock. While the sod looks good I can’t really speak for the quality but what I can say is everyone from Frank to the guys who loaded the sod went out of there way to help me. Even when I didn’t mention I was worried how the sod would ride in the back of the truck the workers went above and beyond re-stacking the pallet to make sure I was safe. I can only say if the sod performs half of what the employees perform I will be overly satisfied
I purchased sod this spring from another sod farm and was displeased so I tried Winrock for sod in my side yard and their sod was exceptional. Very few weeds and even depth of soil left for the roots made laying it a breeze. I highly recommend Winrock. !!!
After reaching out to purchase sod from this company they turned me down telling me to take my business to someone else, I was completely shocked and the next thing they hung up in my face! ??????
Two years ago they sold me sod that was not what I ordered! I ordered a special zoysia grass that was shade tolerant and, being local, I picked it up. They would not give me a receipt and even with careful watering, all of it died. This sod was not zoysia grass, but perhaps some type of bermuda - it weakly grew to about 9 inches high. This place found a way to fail in every aspect of business. From being rude and cussing constantly to not telling me on the phone it’s cash only, no receipt available, then the sod is full of clover and pasture weeds. There is no address and the one I found online (he would not take the time to tell me after I asked) is a gravel road that’s posted no trespassing.
