LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! This clinic is wonderful. They have taken care of my dog Max for several years. He loves going to the clinic. He is never scared walking in which means they must be kind to him (even if no one is watching). Not long ago, he had a severe bladder infection and they did a urine test to see which antibiotic would work best. They also changed his diet and he has had normal urine ever since. LOVE this clinic!! Dr. Banks and her staff have always treated my animals as their own. I have been using them for years and will continue! My Buster dog had a huge tumor. Dr. Banks removed it and Buster healed great. The care he received was fabulous. The clinic is clean and I trust them with all my pets! If you are looking for a safe place for your pets, I would take them to Winrock!
I have used this Veterinary Clinic for the past 5 years. I love it. They are so kind to my dog, Rufus. He saw Dr. Banks for a laceration on his leg and she stitched it using a local block. He never missed a step. It healed beautiful. Every time Rufus walks in the door, he is met by the nice people who work behind the counter. They give him dog treats and tell him how special he is. Winrock Animal Clinic is a fabulous, caring clinic that has taken great care of my pets for many years. It has been wonderful to see the same familiar faces for the past 15 years, plus a few new ones. It really is a welcoming, family enviroment which is perfect for our pets who get really nervous at the vet clinic. Worst clinic - do your pets a favor go somewhere else! – This clinic at one time was good but is not any more. The people that work there hate their jobs. Dr. Banks could care less about what happens to your pet. She gave my dog a rabies shot she had just received 6 months prior because she didn't even bother to find out which dog was on the table; I had two of my fur kids there for their 6 month check up at the same time. Good Doctors & Techs, Rude Receptionists! – I have gone to this animal clinic for over 10 years with several different dogs and cats. I cannot wait to switch to another clinic due to the very rude receptionists! The clinic is also very expensive and will charge you for additional services before asking. However, I do recommend Dr. Sweers & Dr. Banks. Dr. Banks has great emergency training. The technicians are also very helpful and sweet!

Best Vets in Town – All of my animals, cats and dogs, have been patients of Winrock Animal Clinic for going on 20+ years. The people who work in this clinic treat their animal patients better than most of us are treated at our doctor's offices. If an animal is making a repeat visit, he is greeted by name.
