Never, ever use this company for any plumbing services. They charged $165 to replace a handle and a flush valve on our toilet. Never telling us the cost prior to doing the work. They installed used parts from there other old jobs and said they were new. It never worked right after that and continued to run, they came back twice to fix the problem and finally gave up and said to replace the flush valve. We were able to fix it on our own when we bought new parts at Lowe's. They are completely dishonest. Do not trust Joe and wh... read more

This company has done work for my parents before, aged 86 and 94. I called and complained about the ridiculous amount charged on the very firs time they came out. Just yesterday my dad called them because his kitchen faucet was leaking. They said he needed a new faucet, which we know he did. They ran out to the store, picked up a faucet and had it in within a half hour. The faucet itself is run of the mill probably at tops 150 bucks.
