Great pricing on storage units. They have a friendly staff and are easy to communicate with.
So rude when I called. I thought I had the wrong number because I didn’t hear her say Winona. I said “I think I have the wrong number.....” click.... she hung up before I could even ask if they were the correct business. Guess I’ll be looking for a different storage! Owner should really train their workers on proper phone etiquette when answering phones for the business.
