We just had a solar installation put on our house. From the initial contact with Champion Solar and throughout the project, they have been very responsive to questions and communication. The only question I have is “why the heck did I wait so long?” I was a little intimidated by the whole solar project concept but the team at Champion was super helpful and patient with all of our questions before we signed up. I felt like their personal, smaller company approach was exactly what I needed and it was a great fit for us. So glad we picked them for our install! We could not be happier!
Champion Solar has been great to work with. I've had my panels for over five years, and I am so glad we went solar! I had a couple inverter go out under warranty that were on backorder from the manufacturer for a while. Amy was great and stayed on top of it making sure we were taken care of. Things will happen, but it's how a company responds to take care of their customers that makes all the difference, and Champion definitely does that! Go solar with Champion! You'll be glad you did!
Amy Pelowski of Champion Solar promptly responded to our questions regarding several panels that weren't producing maximum power. She monitored the situation and decided that a part needed to be replaced. Champion Solar installed the new part in a timely manner after which Amy again monitored the system to make sure it was functioning properly.
