Tammi and Chris are amazing landlords! They are quick to remedy any need one might have in their apartment buildings. They keep their homes and buildings clean, quiet, and upgraded! Their attention to detail in their design of their homes is high end and high quality. I would live in any of their homes at any time. Most of all, they are professional, kind, and good at what they do!
Wide selection of modern housing with prices suitable for any budget. Local family owned & operated with friendly, knowledgeable management team that are familiar with the area & eager to accomodate tenants needs & wants. Clean, safe properties that are well maintained. Management is understanding & flexible, always going above & beyond to ensure tenants satisfaction & security. Very welcoming office (including a friendly dog to greet you!) & properties!
Winona Listings was one of the best apartment rental agencies I've rented with. I rented directly with Tammi and she is one of the kindest people I've ever met. She was always willing to help with anything and everything. With the agency, if something was ever wrong in the apartment, then it would get fixed in a timely manner. Overall, I had a great, positive experience with this rental agency. I would recommend to anyone who is looking to rent in the Winona area!
