Dr. Jason LaPorte was a breath of fresh air! He and his nurse were kind, great listeners, and amazing communicators. I was given options and home care recommendations that were easy to underatand and simple to put into place. I'm a new patient and was able to get an appointment the same week. I highly recommend Dr. LaPorte and Pod his team!
Office staff call to let you know as they're closing on a Friday to pick up documents. They have no record of Saif documents and you have ZERO nurses on freaking staff from 1230 to 1330.... that idea sucks as bad as winona health does.

When scheduling, I specifically told the nurse that we were looking for a specific type of assessment due to past history of recurring & related issues and a current (Related) issue. I explained much of the history, and the current problem, she listened, then booked me with a dr. I assumed the assessment is what we booked. We went to the appointment only to have the doctor tell us what we already knew about the pain. He wasn't interested in learning the injury history or performing an assessment.
