Good customer service
Terrible experience on more than 3 occasions.......This organization does not accept Tri Care for Life for retired military so i should have never gave them any of my business to start with. Long story short is they claim they make ZERO money while servicing retired military so they choose not to honor their insurance......Keep in mind that gives them zero opportunity to sell my family anything they offer or provide.......Will not be back to this organization again.....Too Easy!!
You can't make this stuff up! Went by to pick up prescriptions. Waited, waited, waited. Finally, someone comes to the drive through window. Did not have one of my prescriptions. Finally got it filled, but realized the prescription only had 32 pills instead of the 90 it should have been. Thank goodness we didn't leave. Drove back through drive through. Told them that we should have received 90 pills, but got 32. So they finally hand me the new bottle. They changed the bottle label to 90, but put the same 32 pills BACK in the ... read more
