This place is just amazing. The people are so nice. They remember you. They are so sweet to the tenants. My dad was only here a short time but they made a great impression. There are many activities too, he would have stayed real busy and enjoyed it so much. My only regret is we didn't do this sooner. If you are reading this far and on the fence, do it. Now. We waited and I wish we hadn't.
My mother had a fantastic experience during her stay at Winnwood Assisted Living. From the moment we arrived, she felt safe and comfortable, which gave our family tremendous peace of mind. The staff is incredibly loving and attentive, always going the extra mile to make sure residents are well cared for. Before even giving a review, I’ll say, and stress, as a caregiver, DO YOUR HOMEWORK!! While Winnwood is a nice facility here in Marietta, GA, like most companies, staffing could use some retraining. It’s not enough to shine when families are looking to place their loved ones, it’s important to keep up that momentum to retain them.
