Reception super amazing kind and responsive, Dr Sally is the best I have found in years
There should be a 0 star rating. Winnunga does NOT provide emergency dental as they claim to. They will not even see my son without a health check which couldn't be done for weeks and then after that he would be placed on a waiting list. That is not emergency service. Staff also gave me incorrect advice. Services like this are why indigenous people continue to have health problems.
The Receptionists are super friendly and helpful but the Doctor`s need a shake up, most of them can barely speak english, which makes it hard to understand, I got misdiagnosed by a doctor and ended up in hospital for a week, with a severe infection and had to be operated on the drain the Absess, I have severe Rheumatoid Arthrist, with no medication for years, only Panadol or Anti-inflammatories, which I`m allergic to, they refuse to give you anything with codeine in it unless you have Cancer, so your basically left to put up... read more
