If I could give it 0 I would. I was told to come up there early on Saturday to have my car fixed. I waited for 2 hours with my son and was told it was fixed. I left and the issue was still the same. Called back didn’t get anyone on the phone for almost a week. Was told to come back again. Come to find out the part sat under the desk up front the whole time. My car was never touched. This is the slowest most chaotic shop I have ever been to. It took over three hours to get all four tires changed because the mechanic was an hour late. I heard children screaming and babies crying workers yelling across the building about different tickets and orders, If you work night shift they do NOT care about your time, you will be sitting here all morning for the simplest tasks. Did front end alignment ,took car home it was pulling bad to right took it back they said had a bent tie rod then why did u do the alignment think you owe me money rip off artist didn't need a tie rod Wallace Service Center fixed it right you owe me 95$ for an alignment

BEWARE: none of the 5 star reviews are from current times. New management has the place close to going under. They took 2.5 hours to change 2 tires and the oil.
