New here in Louisiana, I went here 3 months ago and filled out their "application" even though it caused me extreme anxiety they stated it was the only way I could get started upon arrival I was made to put on a mask or leave so now more anxiety and it makes my breathing horrible because I have copd all thus and never even received a call! So much for mental health care thank God my suicidal thoughts have been minimal cause God knows these folks don't care!!!
My son was being treated here. We live over an hour away…. So they informed us they could call in his prescriptions . Once we called to have them filled. They then informed us it had to be faxed directly to us , not a pharmacy?!? I called about this and the rude lady then informed me , they had to mail a letter instead of faxing it directly the pharmacy because it was a “controlled substance “ what sense is it sending it by mail vs directly to the pharmacy?
