First service they showed up and resolved the plumbing issue and it was great service. 2nd time we tried to used this company, they ignored his customers, ignored calls. I tried to call his office 3 times just to get the price of installing the unit, they don't called me back , we ended up using different company to install hot water equipment. The reason I gave him 1 star because he showed up to the property and check the issue.But other than that it wasn't a good experience because of unreliable business.
Always a great experience dealing with Tom Winn and crew. Reliable and superior work . Work site always left impecablely clean with no garbage or debris left behind. Never a corner cut to save time and or money. Job always done to the best of their abilities which is always 100 %. Will always be my go to people. Thank You Tom and crew for all you do.
