My family and I rent a pontoon boat from Winnisquam Marine every year. We transport my father to the boat in a wheelchair. Two of the employees held the boat very steady while my dad used his walker to step over the gap. They stayed with us the whole time. As usual they performed a complete inspection of the boat And didn’t leave until they knew I was comfortable operating it.
