Twice this winter I've used this service, both times selecting the $11 Deluxe. The first time (rightmost bay) I wrote off the poor wash results as possibly bad equipment.I visited today and used the middle bay. I experienced the same abysmally poor performance of your washing system. The hood and rear remain completely filthy.The location is convenient to me, but the results are easily the worst of any car wash I've used in my lifetime.
It's by far the best carwash around. I found the management extremely helpful and the grounds and equipment well kept.
Car wash was OK...customer service is awful. I lost money in the machine and reported it to the owners. I was told they would mail the money and I never received it. Till this day I still haven't heard from them.
