Chris was amazing. He arrived promptly, and was thurough, knowledgeable, amicable, and professional. He took the time necessary to research and locate the source of the problem. He then patiently cleaned out the clogged drain effectively, restoring my drain system to working order, while educating me on preventative maintainance strategies. Wpg Sewer and Drain arrived within 30 minutes to save the day ON THE WEEKEND!!! And I was charged reasonable rates. Great employees, great company, that I highly recommend. Call them!

I called Wpg Sewer & Drain on Monday when I found my sewer had backed up & raw sewage was almost at the top of the floor drain in the basement floor. A call was dispatched & Chris & Mohammad arrived within 20 min. They spent the next hour cleaning & unplugging the drain. The next day Mohammad came back to flush out the weeping tiles. Contacted Winnipeg Sewer and drain to come clear the drain . During the process of clearing the drain the technician banged the main water line in to the house and it started to leak . ( Accidents happen ) . We contacted them to come and fix the leak .The city had to shut the water off and we waited for them to attend our property . Once at our place I asked them to check the whole water line as the technician hit it pretty hard . They stated they did and fixed it and left . This business refuses to respond to my complaint to the BBB. Beware of Muhammads. I cancelled my credit card. He said I didn't wanna pay, and that my tank was full it wasn't. You owe me $205. Kings Services pumped out the tank, drained my tub into the sump pit, and fixed the blockage for $500. He left my house water still in the toilet, tank fine per Kings Services, and water everywhere.
