Their wait times are alright, but their customer service was a bit off. I called for my appointment and they asked if a certain time worked I let them know it didn’t as I was a new mother and my infant had a nap at the time so I let them know and if I could have a different time and the person on the phone responded with “I don’t care about your baby” and I could hear her colleague laughing in the background after that. I felt uncomfortable attending my appointment after hearing this and only went in as it was an emergency.
Dr Robertson’s team is absolutely fabulous I had braces for 3 years because my teeth were extremely crooked and my bite was equally terrible. Now I’m getting constant complaints!! Seriously, these folks are great. -a happy teen
Booked an orthodontist, got a lecture in arrogance instead. 👏👏👏 I booked an appointment with Dr. Lindsay Robertson, as confirmed in my email. When I showed up, I was switched to another doctor (Dr. Levin) without a single word of notice. I had prepared my medical history, questions, and treatment priorities to make the consultation efficient and respectful. The staff here are wonderful. Everyone is helpful, friendly, and considerate. I'm very satisfied with my treatment so far. I never thought that I could smile so much, and it's all thanks to this place and my dentist.
