I’ve come to Winnipeg Nails a handful of times now for a pedicure over a number of years, and I’m quite happy with this place. (I can’t speak to the manicure or artificial nail experience with them). In my experience, the staff working is always super pleasant, genuine and does a great job. Prices are fair. I know I can expect a quality job and the ladies evidently pride themselves on doing their work well. We went in as a group of 4. It was a nice relaxing and clean salon. We didn’t feel rushed at all. Lots of great colour options. Also appreciated the massaging chairs.

Hannah did an amazing job on my acrylic fill! She was so sweet and checked in on every step. I will definitely be coming back!

I’m sorry that I have to say this I had a really bad time :/ I came here to simply get a gel nail removal and ended up with an injury instead. The lady was very rough with my nails. When I came back asking for a refund I remember them saying no.

Unfriendly service. Will not keep scheduled appointments. Prices quoted and charge higher then what is on the board. Rushed out before nails dry. Lucky I sat around (awkwardly) so it wouldn't smudge. New owner is running the business to the ground. Too bad. Used to love going there. 0 stars. Do not recommend.
