2 no shows after the first visit and then unable to identify the problem with my tankless hwt. i would have never called back after the first no show but he was familiar with and the tank after working on it for a few hours in the first initial visit.
Is this how business works.. when got called in a house seen that my fuse tripped and they "flipped it back" as my hot water tank not heating water. They say problem solved!? And immediately got charge $143.36 for the service but a few days after the fuse tripped again and if i call them back again, i think another $143.36 will be charge again without fixing the problem.. this is not base less as I called them back before for a water leak after they installed the hot water tank and they found its just an excess water from wh... read more
These people stepped up and even when they could not have their ‘usual guy’ come and address a plumbing / sink backup issue at my in-laws in Winnipeg area…they tracked down someone else and responded very quickly and cost-effectively. 5 star review is easy to give. I was calling from out of province…but Gina was all over it.
